How do I return my item?
In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of his order.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by contacting the Company in the following manner by sending an email to shop@olabparis.com stating the reason for the cancellation. We inform the Customers that in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the price of the purchased product or products and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return costs will remain with the Customer. Returns of products must be made in their original and complete state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.); they must be accompanied, if possible, by a copy of the proof of purchase. Refund procedure: the refund will be made after certification of the good condition and the non-use of the product, after its return to stock, within a maximum of 30 working days.
